Refund policy

 

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. 

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. 

  • The default return address is the warehouse. When we receive a return, you will get an automated email notification. 

  • If an incorrect address is received, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm an updated address (if applicable).

  • Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs (if applicable).

  • Refunds are not offered for change of mind. 

  • Damages, faults or discrepancies must be reported to us within five business days of delivery. Claims outside this period will not be accepted, and returns beyond this timeframe will incur administrative charges.

  • Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items must be shipped back to our warehouse at the customer's expense and will incur a restocking fee of 20-50%, depending on the item. Returned goods must be in excellent, sellable condition.

  • Missing shipments must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date to initiate an investigation with the freight company. Claims made after this period cannot be processed.
